How can I know what size is for me?

Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday thru Friday). We are closed on Weekends and Holidays. Ship time for U.S. orders is 2-5 business days depending on your location.  Orders placed before 3PM (PST) will be processed that same day. Orders placed after 3PM will be processed the next business day.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We do offer other carriers but USPS is our main shipping carrier.
How much is shipping?
Rates may very depending on location. Standard U.S shipping is $6.99. Free Shipping over $40!*

What if my package is lost?
Shop Q is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The email will provide you a tracking number for your package. The carrier generally determines if your package will be left in a safe place. If you believe your order has been lost of stolen, please Contact Customer Service, we can further assist you.
We ask that you double check shipping addresses before placing an order to avoid any additional costs and to make sure that it gets delivered to the correct address.
You will receive a response within 24 hours by email.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Product returns are valid 30 days from product shipping date for exchange, credit or refund.

Can I return online items in store?
No, we are unable to accept returns in store at this time. All online returns purchased through shopfashionq.com must only be returned via mail.
Can I return store bought items online?
No, we are unable to accept returns of store bought items online at this time. Items bought at a physical Q store location may only be returned in store.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Please allow 14 to 21 business days from the day we receive the return for your account to be credited. All returns will be refunded to original payment method.

Why was my order refunded?
Refunds are made when there are either no stock of a specific item or there is no response from the customer. If there is no response to an email asking for clarification or more information, refunds will be made three business days after the email has been sent.
